NSLC Engineering students got a rare opportunity to actually step inside the Ion Collider at BNL. When the RHIC is running, the heavy amounts of radiation make it impossible for any human to be inside, but this week it is shut down so the public can have access to viewing this incredible machine, this sessions ENGN students were the first NSLC class ever to go inside.
