Today, the students participated in a leadership activity focused on empathy and perspective-taking. Through engaging exercises, they learned how to express their feelings about their NSLC experience and honed their interviewing skills to understand and appreciate different perspectives. Encouraged to be curious about one another, they asked thought-provoking questions to gain insights into each other’s life experiences, fostering a deeper understanding and empathy for diverse backgrounds and viewpoints.
