Our leadership facilitator known as “Big Dave” talked to the LAWA students about the “Personality Matrix.” Big Dave’s iteration of the “Personality Matrix” is designed with a central focus on the understanding that personality is a quilt compromised of several different smaller items that cover “who we are” as people.
To truly embrace the power that comes with leadership- we must not only understand the personality of others, but the inner workings of ourselves.
